General Terms and Conditions

1) We want all customers to be totally satisfied with any purchase they make from us; in pursuing this we will strive to be fair and accurate.

2) We aim to despatch all orders promptly. This could, and will often mean sameday, but we reserve the right to be governed by practicalissues, such as a) the time of day an order is placed ,b) the nature, or amount of work required to process (pick) any such order, c) our workload on any particular day

3) We therefore consider despatch within 1-2 working days acceptable. Should delivery time be critical, please email us before placing any order and we will confirm what is possible.

4) We accept no liability or responsibility over the value of the goods, for losses caused as a result of late or non delivery by our carriers, currently Royal Mail and Fedex

5) In the unlikely event we have a stock shortfall on our system, we will advise by phone or email as a matter of urgency. We will offer either an alternative size or style, or confirm an expected delivery time. Should either be unacceptable, we will of course refund in full any payment made.

6) Our products are described, and made to established standards, being covered by eg a BS or DIN number. In the unlikely event that we  are found to have supplied defective items, we will of course replace them at our expense. We will require written confirmation of any default, and the return of any defective items to us . (please see our returns policy) We will not, however, be responsible for : a) any costs over and above the value we have charged for any items, b) any failure due to misuse, or an application for which the item is not entirely suitable.

7)Goods can be collected from us, sent via post , or on carrier, or delivered by our own transport. Any cost involved in delivery is non refundable

8)Returns Policy : Please note we do not accept returns without prior agreement with ourselves. Returns may be subject to a handling charge, which could in some cases be equivalent to the value of the goods

9)GDPR : You are welcome to request what, if any, personal data we retain in our records. We keep the minimum amount of information required to process any transactions, and we never pass any of your information to any third party.

10)Quotations : Any quotes we offer are in good faith , and subject to stock being unsold. We cannot guarantee any quote to remain valid past this.

11)Credit Accounts : We reserve the right to close any credit account with us at any time , and without notice. We will issue legal proceedings in the event of non payment. All goods are considered to remain our property until paid for in full.

12) All customers placing orders with us are deemed to have taken the time to read, and thus agreed with, our terms and conditions
